صندوق استثمار يخفض حصته في «إيديتا» بقيمة 58.2 مليون جنيه
خفضت صندوق الاستثمار كينجسواي فاند فرونتير كنسيومر فرنشيزس حصتها في شركة ايديتا للصناعات الغذائية من 5.17% إلى 5.02%. وأوضحت إي إف جي هيرمس المنفذة للصفقة في بيان لبورصة مصر اليوم، أن الصندوق باع 2 مليون سهم بقيمة 58.18 مليون جنيه بمتوسط سعر 29 جنيها. وكانت شركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية توقعت أن تسجّل مبيعات الشركة نحو 20.5 مليار جنيه خلال عام 2025. وتعتزم تنفيذ خطة استثمارية بقيمة تقارب 4 مليارات جنيه خلال عام 2026، موزعة على مصانعها في مصر والمغرب والعراق؛ بهدف تعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية وتلبية الطلب المتزايد في الأسواق المحلية والإقليمية. وتشمل الخطة إضافة أربعة خطوط إنتاج جديدة وتنفيذ توسعات تشغيلية في الدول الثلاث، على أن تبدأ عملية التصنيع في العراق مطلع عام 2026. وتؤكد الشركة أنها تستهدف رفع حجم مبيعاتها إلى 26 مليار جنيه خلال عام 2026 ومواصلة تنفيذ استراتيجية التوسع الإقليمي.'Just married': Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tie the knot
