صندوق Sustainable Capital يخفض حصته في «أوراسكوم» إلى أقل من 15%
خفض صندوق Sustainable Capital Africa Alpha Fund حصته في أسهم شركة أوراسكوم كونستراكشون بي إل سي إلى أقل من 15% من رأس المال المصدر، وذلك بعد تنفيذ عملية بيع جديدة لعدد من الأسهم. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى كل من سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية والبورصة المصرية، أن الصندوق باع 51 ألف سهم بتاريخ 24 يونيو 2026، بما يعادل 0.046% من إجمالي رأس المال المصدر للشركة. وأشار الإفصاح إلى أن الصندوق كان يمتلك سابقًا 17.459 مليون سهم تمثل 15.84% من رأس المال، إلا أن عملية البيع الأخيرة، إلى جانب عمليات بيع سابقة، خفضت إجمالي ملكيته إلى 16.518 مليون سهم، بما يمثل 14.98% من رأس المال المصدر لشركة أوراسكوم كونستراكشون.Meta’s $18 billion settlement puts TikTok and YouTube on notice.
