صندوق Sustainable Capital Africa يخفض حصته في «أوراسكوم» إلى 15.84%
كشفت شركة أوراسكوم كونستراكشون بي ال سي، عن انخفاض ملكية صندوق Sustainable Capital Africa Alpha من 17.12% إلى 15.84%، ما يُمثل 17.459 مليون سهم من إجمالي رأسمال الشركة المُصدر وذكرت أوراسكوم في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن صندوق Sustainable Capital Africa قام ببيع 450 ألف سهم بتاريخ 13 مايو الجاري ما يمثل 0.41% من إجمالي رأسمال الشركة المُصدر. موضحة أن نتيجة لهذه العملية وعمليات أخرى سابقة عليها، انخفضت صندوق Sustainable Capital Africa Alpha من 17.12% إلى 15.84%.Samsung plans $1.5 billion chip testing plant in Vietnam, document shows: Reuters
