«عامر جروب» تتخصص 388 فدانًا بالعلمين لمشروع عمراني متكامل
أعلنت مجموعة عامر القابضة (عامر جروب) عن توقيع شركة عامر للتنمية السياحية، إحدى الشركات التابعة للمجموعة، عقد تخصيص قطعة أرض بمساحة إجمالية تبلغ نحو 388 فدانًا بمدينة العلمين الجديدة. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، يأتي هذا التخصيص بهدف إقامة مشروع عمراني متكامل، وفقًا للعقد الموقع مع هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، وذلك في إطار خطة المجموعة للتوسع في قطاع التنمية السياحية والعقارية بمصر. وفي سياق منفصل، أعلنت شركة عامر القابضة (عامر جروب) عن حصول شركتها التابعة عامر للتنمية السياحية على قطعة أرض جديدة بمدينة المنيا الجديدة بتخصيص من هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، بمساحة 27 فدانًا وبمساحة بنائية تقدّر بنحو 104 آلاف متر مربع، مع استهداف تطوير أكثر من 850 وحدة سكنية. وقالت الشركة في إفصاحها للبورصة إن المشروع الجديد يتوقع أن يحقق مبيعات تتجاوز 7 مليارات جنيه خلال السنوات المقبلة، مشيرة إلى أن التخصيص يأتي امتدادًا مباشرًا لمشروع “بورتو المنيا” القائم على مساحة 58 فدانًا، والذي يعد من أبرز المشروعات السياحية والسكنية المتكاملة في صعيد مصر. ويتميز مشروع “بورتو المنيا” بإطلالته الفريدة على نهر النيل من ارتفاع يقارب 150 مترًا فوق سطح البحر، إضافة إلى احتوائه على نادي بورتو الرياضي، وعدد من الخدمات التعليمية والطبية والترفيهية والتجارية، ما يعزز جاذبيته كمجتمع عمراني متكامل.Google's Gemini becomes latest AI model to break out and hack computer systems
