عبر بيع مليون سهم.. رجل أعمال سعودي يقلص حصته في «إيكمي» إلى 9%
خفض رجل الأعمال السعودي سعيد بن عوضه بن سعيد العسيري حصته في رأسمال الشركة الدولية للصناعات الطبية – إيكمي من 10.8187% إلى 9.0165%، وذلك عقب تنفيذ عملية بيع لجزء من أسهمه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن العسيري قام ببيع نحو 1.039 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 10.663 مليون جنيه. وبلغ متوسط سعر البيع نحو 10.2599 جنيه للسهم، فيما تولت شركة هيرميس للوساطة في الأوراق المالية تنفيذ الصفقة. وعلى صعيد هيكل الملكية، يستحوذ أيمن بن مختار خليفة على الحصة الأكبر بنسبة 12.13%، يليه محمود محمد شعبان عضو مجلس الإدارة بنسبة 12.068%، ثم سعيد العسيري بنسبة 9.0165%، وأخيرًا جهاز مستقبل مصر للتنمية المستدامة بنسبة 8.669%.Trump unveils the new Air Force One, a converted Qatari jet
