شهد تطبيق “واتساب” صباح اليوم الثلاثاء عطلًا فنيًا على أجهزة الكمبيوتر، لاحظه عدد من المستخدمين، فيما لم تكشف الشركة حتى الآن عن أسباب هذا العطل. مزايا واتساب الجديدة تخصيص الإشعارات أضاف واتساب ميزة تتيح للمستخدمين تخصيص الإشعارات بصورة أفضل. ففي السابق كان يمكن فقط كتم إشعارات المجموعات بشكل كامل، أما الآن أصبح بالإمكان استخدام خاصية «إشعار حول» لتحديد الرسائل التي تصل إشعارات بشأنها، مع خيار «النقاط البارزة» لعرض الردود والرسائل من جهات الاتصال المخزنة. تحسين التخطيط للأحداث شملت التحديثات إمكانية إضافة خيار «ربما» بجانب القبول والرفض، مع إدخال وقت انتهاء الحدث أو الأشخاص المرافقين المحتملين، بالإضافة إلى تثبيت الحدث داخل الدردشة للحفاظ على ترتيبه. كما أصبح التخطيط للرد على الرسائل أسهل، مع إتاحة إعادة استخدام الرموز التعبيرية عبر النقر على الرد وإضافة التفاعل الخاص. تحسين جودة مكالمات الفيديو عمل واتساب كذلك على تحسين جودة مكالمات الفيديو، مع إتاحة تكبير الصورة سواء للمستخدم نفسه أو للطرف الآخر عبر خاصية «النقر بإصبعين». كما أصبح بإمكان المستخدمين إضافة شخص آخر إلى المكالمة بسهولة من خلال النقر على أيقونة الهاتف وتحديد خيار «إضافة إلى المكالمة».Goldman traders are on pace for a record year.
