كشف البنك التجاري الدولي – مصر CIB، عن عطل فني أدى إلى عدم استقرار خدمات التطبيق البنكي الرقمي، مؤكدًا أن العمل جارٍ على حل هذه المشكلة وإعادة الخدمة للعمل بشكل طبيعي في أقرب وقت. بنك CIB وأكد بنك CIB، أن باقي القنوات البنكية التابعة له تعمل بشكل طبيعي دون تأثر، مشيرًا إلى أنه سيتم موافاة العملاء بالتطورات بمجرد عودة الخدمة للعمل، معربًا عن اعتذاره لعملائه عما سببه هذا الإزعاج. الخدمات الرقمية وأوضح البنك التزامه بتوفير الخدمات الرقمية بأعلى كفاءة، حيث يتم التعامل الفوري مع العطل الفني لضمان انتظام المعاملات البنكية عبر التطبيق، بما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة والخدمة المقدمة لجمهور العملاء.Chartstopper: September 4, 2026
