أقرت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة إعمار مصر للتنمية تعديل أنشطة الشركة بإضافة الاستيراد والتطوير العقاري، مقابل حذف نشاط التسويق العقاري من قائمة الأنشطة. الأداء المالي للنصف الأول 2025 أظهرت القوائم المالية تسجيل الشركة صافي ربح قدره 3.91 مليار جنيه خلال النصف الأول من 2025، مقارنة بـ7.64 مليار جنيه في الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي مع احتساب حقوق الأقلية. وارتفعت الإيرادات إلى 9.29 مليار جنيه خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من العام الجاري، مقابل 5.6 مليار جنيه في الفترة المقابلة من 2024. كما بلغت الأرباح المستقلة 3.94 مليار جنيه مقابل 7.5 مليار جنيه العام الماضي. مشروع سياحي في البحر الأحمر أعلنت الشركة أن مشروعها المشترك مع شركة جولدن كوست للفنادق والقرى السياحية بمنطقة البحر الأحمر تصل استثماراته المتوقعة إلى نحو 900 مليار جنيه، ويقام على مساحة 2426 فدانًا. وكانت الشركة قد أفصحت في فبراير الماضي عن توقيع شركة سكاي تاورز للتطوير العقاري، التي تساهم فيها إعمار مصر، عقد شراكة استراتيجية مع جولدن كوست لتطوير المشروع السياحي المتكامل.Luckin Coffee, flush with Persian Gulf cash, weighs entry into Middle East markets
