«فاكت» تتولى إعداد دراسة القيمة العادلة لسهم «التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي»
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي على تعيين شركة الأعمال والاستشارات المالية عن الأوراق المالية «فاكت» مستشارًا ماليًا مستقلًا للشركة، لإعداد دراسة القيمة العادلة لسهم الشركة. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن مجلس الإدارة اتخذ القرار خلال اجتماعه المنعقد يوم الإثنين 17 أغسطس 2026، وذلك بعد استبعاد نسبة تصويت أعضاء مجلس الإدارة الممثلين عن مقدم العرض والأطراف المرتبطة به من عملية التصويت. ويأتي تعيين المستشار المالي المستقل تنفيذًا لما ورد في خطاب الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية المؤرخ في 16 أغسطس 2026، بشأن إعداد دراسة القيمة العادلة لسهم شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي. وفي سياق متصل، وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر إعلان عرض الشراء الإجباري المقدم من بنك البركة مصر للاستحواذ على أسهم شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي. بنك البركة مصر وبحسب الهيئة فإن عرض الشراء الاستحواذ يتضمن حتى عدد 329.47 مليون سهم بما يمثل 90% وبحد أدنى 51% من إجمالي أسهم رأس مال الشركة المستهدفة، وتخصيص أسهم الزيادة لمساهمي الشركة المستجيبين لعرض الشراء من خلال المبادلة ويتم تنفيذ الاستحواذ عبر معامل مبادلة بواقع عدد بلغ 0.1919 سهم واحد زيادة من أسهم بنك البركة مصر (مقدم العرض) مقابل سهم واحد من أسهم شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي (الشركة المستهدفة).Cotton Rally into Monday’s Close as USDA Cuts Ratings
