«فوري» تنفذ صفقة نقل ملكية بقيمة 103 مليون جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم شركة فوري لتكنولوجيا البنوك والمدفوعات الإلكترونية، اليوم الثلاثاء 2 يونيو 2026، في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. ووفقًا للإعلان الموجه للمتعاملين، تم تنفيذ صفقة نقل ملكية لعدد 10.385 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 102.811 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت البورصة أن العملية تمت في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين المعتمد بالشركة، والذي يهدف إلى تحفيز الموظفين وربط مصالحهم بالأداء المستقبلي للشركة. وتُعد برامج الإثابة والتحفيز إحدى الآليات التي تلجأ إليها الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة لتعزيز ولاء العاملين واستقطاب الكفاءات، من خلال منحهم حصصًا أو أسهمًا بالشركة وفق ضوابط محددة ومعتمدة من الجهات الرقابية.Cotton Extending Rebound on Tuesday Morning
