«قطر الوطني» يحصل على موافقة لتأسيس «إيزي بنك» الرقمي برأس مال 4.5 مليار جنيه

أعلن بنك قطر الوطني حصوله على الموافقة المبدئية من البنك المركزي المصري لتأسيس بنك رقمي جديد تحت اسم «إيزي بنك» (EZ Bank)، برأسمال مصدر يبلغ 4.5 مليار جنيه. وأوضح البنك، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن نسبة مساهمة بنك قطر الوطني – مصر وشركاته التابعة في رأسمال البنك الجديد تبلغ 32%. وذكرت المجموعة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار دعم رؤية البنك المركزي المصري لتعزيز الشمول المالي والتحول الرقمي، وانسجامًا مع استراتيجية الحكومة المصرية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة. ومن المقرر أن يعتمد البنك الرقمي على أحدث التقنيات المصرفية، حيث سيقدم خدمات مالية متكاملة عبر المنصات الإلكترونية المخصصة لأجهزة الهاتف المحمول، مستفيدًا من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والإدارة الذكية للمخاطر لتسهيل المعاملات وزيادة فرص الوصول للخدمات المصرفية، بما يسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الرقمي في مصر، وفقًا لوكالة الأنباء القطرية.
