«قطر للطاقة» تستحوذ على 40% من امتياز شمال رفح البحري في مصر
استحوذت شركة قطر للطاقة على حصة مشاركة بنسبة 40% في منطقة شمال رفح للاستكشاف قبالة السواحل المصرية، وفق ما أعلنته الشركة اليوم الإثنين. تفاصيل الاتفاقية أوضحت الشركة أنه بموجب بنود الاتفاقية، التي وافقت عليها الحكومة المصرية مؤخرًا، ستحصل قطر للطاقة على 40% من امتياز أعمال الاستكشاف، بينما تحتفظ شركة إيني المشغلة بنسبة 60% المتبقية. موقع الامتياز تقع منطقة شمال رفح البحرية في البحر المتوسط، قبالة الساحل الشمالي الشرقي لمصر، وتمتد على مساحة تقارب 3000 كيلومتر مربع، في أعماق مائية تصل إلى نحو 450 مترًا. تصريحات قطر للطاقة قال سعد بن شريدة الكعبي، وزير الدولة لشؤون الطاقة والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة قطر للطاقة، إن التواجد الجديد في منطقة شمال رفح يمثل خطوة مهمة تعزز استراتيجية الشركة الطموحة في مجال الاستكشاف الدولي وتدعم وجودها في مصر. وأضاف الكعبي أن الشركة تتقدم بالشكر لوزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية المصرية ولشركة إيني على دعمهما وتعاونهما، مؤكدًا تطلع قطر للطاقة للعمل المشترك لتحقيق الأهداف الاستكشافية في المنطقة.Trump's new global tariff draws rebukes from trade partners over forced-labor justification
