قطر للطاقة تستحوذ على 27% من منطقة «شمال كليوباترا» البحرية بمصر
أعلنت شركة قطر للطاقة عن توقيع اتفاقية مع شركة شل للاستحواذ على حصة مشاركة تبلغ 27% في منطقة “شمال كليوباترا” البحرية بالبحر المتوسط داخل المياه الإقليمية المصرية. تفاصيل الاتفاق ووفقًا لوكالة بلومبرج، تحتفظ “شل” بحصة تشغيلية نسبتها 36% لتبقى المشغل الرئيسي للمشروع، فيما يحتفظ الشركاء الآخرون بحصصهم المشاركة وهي: شيفرون بنسبة 27%، وشركة ثروة للبترول بنسبة 10%. وتقع منطقة “شمال كليوباترا” قبالة الساحل المصري في حوض “هيرودوت” الحدودي، شمال منطقة شمال الضبعة، وتغطي مساحة تتجاوز 3400 كيلومتر مربع في أعماق تصل إلى نحو 2600 متر. اتفاقيات بترولية جديدة وفي سياق متصل، شهد كريم بدوي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية توقيع ثلاث اتفاقيات جديدة للهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول مع شركات عالمية في مجالات البحث والاستكشاف والإنتاج. الاتفاقية الأولى تتعلق بإعادة إسناد منطقة شمال سيناء البحرية لشركة برينكو مصر، باستثمارات قدرها 46 مليون دولار لحفر 3 آبار ومنحة توقيع تبلغ مليون دولار. أما الاتفاقية الثانية فتشمل منطقة شرق الحمد مع شركة دراجون أويل الإماراتية، باستثمارات تصل إلى 40.5 مليون دولار لحفر 3 آبار ومنحة توقيع بقيمة 4.5 مليون دولار. بينما تتضمن الاتفاقية الثالثة تعاونًا مع شركة أباتشي العالمية في المنطقة المندمجة بالصحراء الغربية، لإضافة 5 مناطق بحث جديدة باستثمارات تبلغ 35 مليون دولار تشمل حفر 14 بئرًا ومنحة توقيع قيمتها 25 مليون دولار.Stocks Supported by Lower Crude Prices and Strength in Chipmakers
