«كجوك»: لا أعباء على المواطنين نتيجة تعديلات قانون الضريبة على العقارات
أكد أحمد كجوك، وزير المالية، أن التعديلات الجديدة في قانون الضريبة على العقارات تهدف إلى تسهيل الإجراءات وزيادة قاعدة الممولين، مشددًا على عدم تحميل المواطنين أي أعباء إضافية نتيجة هذه التعديلات. جاء ذلك خلال الجلسة العامة لمجلس الشيوخ اليوم الاثنين، حيث أوضح الوزير أن التعديلات تشمل تخفيف الأعباء الضريبية وإعادة تخصيص جزء من موارد الضريبة العقارية للمحافظات، لدعم تحسين الصيانة في القرى، وإرساء علاقة جديدة بين المواطنين ومصلحة الضرائب. وأشار كجوك إلى أن التسهيلات الضريبية تهدف أيضًا إلى تعزيز التنسيق بين جميع الجهات المعنية لتسهيل التعامل بين المصلحة والمواطنين، مشيرًا إلى أن العام الماضي شهد إجراءات لتبسيط المنظومة الضريبية بهدف زيادة الاستثمارات. وأضاف الوزير أن الحكومة تعمل على حزمة ثانية من التسهيلات الضريبية لمعالجة العديد من المشكلات، بما يسهم في تشجيع الاستثمار وتحفيز القطاع الخاص.Anthropic and OpenAI hunt for smaller data center deals, sources tell CNBC, in race to deploy AI capacity
