«كيما» تبيع 3.4 مليون سهم في أبوقير للأسمدة لصالح القابضة للصناعات الكيماوية

أعلنت شركة الصناعات الكيماوية المصرية – كيما، موافقة جمعيتها العامة العادية على بيع 3.4 مليون سهم تمتلكها في شركة أبوقير للأسمدة والصناعات الكيماوية لصالح الشركة القابضة للصناعات الكيماوية. شركة الصناعات الكيماوية المصرية “كيما” أوضحت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية أن الأسهم تمثل نحو 2.69% من رأس المال المصدر لشركة أبوقير للأسمدة، على أن يكون البيع بما لا يقل عن حصة الشركة القابضة في رأس مال شركة كيما، أي بما لا يقل عن 99.82% من حصة كيما في أبوقير. شركة أبوقير للأسمدة أكدت كيما أن سعر البيع لن يقل عن متوسط سعر الإقفال للسهم خلال الشهر السابق على البيع، وذلك وفقًا للقيمة العادلة الاسترشادية المنصوص عليها بقرار وزير قطاع الأعمال العام رقم 46 لسنة 2018 وتعديلاته، مشيرة إلى أن الشركة القابضة للصناعات الكيماوية امتنعت عن التصويت.
