«لوتس للتنمية الزراعية» توقع عقدًا لتركيب 5 محطات طاقة شمسية بـ16.6 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة لوتس للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي توقيع اتفاق مع شركة آر إم بريميام للتنمية الزراعية واستصلاح الأراضي، لتوريد وتركيب وتشغيل 5 محطات طاقة شمسية بمواقع الشركة في الوادي الجديد – الداخلة. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن القدرة الإنتاجية للمحطة الواحدة تبلغ 270.4 كيلووات، بإجمالي قدرة تصل إلى 1.352 ميجاوات للمحطات الخمس. وبلغت قيمة التعاقد نحو 16.63 مليون جنيه، شاملة الضرائب والرسوم وأعمال التوريد والتركيب والتشغيل، على أن يتم سداد القيمة خلال فترة التعاقد والتوريد. وتلتزم الشركة الموردة بتوريد بنود التعاقد خلال شهر من تاريخ سداد الدفعة المقدمة، فيما تمتد فترة ضمان الألواح الشمسية إلى 25 عامًا تبدأ من تاريخ التركيب والتشغيل والاعتماد النهائي. وأكدت لوتس أن الاتفاق يأتي في إطار توجهها نحو التوسع في استخدام الطاقة المتجددة، ورفع كفاءة استخدام الطاقة في أنشطتها الزراعية، إلى جانب خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية والأثر البيئي لعملياتها. وأضافت أن المشروع يأتي ضمن خططها الاستثمارية، بما يستهدف دعم كفاءة التشغيل وتعزيز النمو المستدام والقيمة المضافة على المدى الطويل.Barclays Initiates Coverage of Northrop Grumman at Underweight
