«ليسيكو مصر» تطلب وقف التداول تمهيدًا لقيد أسهم الاندماج بالبورصة
تقدمت شركة ليسيكو مصر بطلب إلى البورصة المصرية لإيقاف التداول على أسهم الشركة، وذلك تمهيدًا لعرض قيد أسهم الاندماج على لجنة القيد واستكمال الإجراءات التنظيمية الخاصة بالعملية. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح موجه إلى البورصة المصرية، أنها أرفقت نموذج الإفصاح الخاص بالأحداث الجوهرية، إلى جانب طلب إيقاف التداول المزمع تقديمه اليوم 20 يوليو 2026، تمهيدًا لعرض قيد أسهم الاندماج على لجنة القيد بالبورصة المصرية. وأضافت أن الإفصاح تضمن أيضًا النسخة المترجمة إلى اللغة الإنجليزية من طلب إيقاف التداول، بالإضافة إلى نموذج الإعلان المزمع نشره في صحيفتي العالم اليوم والمال صباح يوم 29 يوليو 2026، والذي يتضمن تفاصيل طلب إيقاف التداول والإجراءات الخاصة بعرض قيد أسهم الاندماج على لجنة القيد. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار استكمال الإجراءات اللازمة لإتمام عملية الاندماج وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة للقيد والإفصاح بالبورصة المصرية.Kansas City Fed's Schmid says inflation 'stubborn' and 'sticky,' policy rate not restrictive
