«مبادلة للطاقة» الإماراتية تستحوذ على 15% من امتياز نرجس البحري في مصر
أعلنت مبادلة للطاقة عن إتمام استحواذها على حصة مشاركة بنسبة 15% من شركة إيني في منطقة امتياز نرجس البحرية قبالة السواحل المصرية. وبحسب وكالة أنباء الإمارات، تتوزع حصص المقاول في الامتياز بواقع 45% لشركة “شيفرون” المشغلة للعمليات، و30% لشركة إيني عبر تابعة لها، بينما تحتفظ شركة “ثروة للبترول” بنسبة 10%، وذلك بالشراكة مع الشركة المصرية القابضة للغازات الطبيعية “إيجاس”. وأكد منصور آل حامد أن هذه الخطوة تعكس الالتزام طويل الأمد تجاه السوق المصري، وتعزز محفظة الشركة بفرص نمو عالية التأثير في منطقة شرق المتوسط الاستراتيجية. ويقع الامتياز في حوض دلتا النيل الشرقي الغني بالموارد، وشهد نجاحات استكشافية بارزة في حقل “نرجس-1” خلال عام 2023، ما يجعله أحد الأصول الواعدة لتأمين احتياجات الطاقة الإقليمية والعالمية. وبهذا الاستحواذ، تعزز مبادلة للطاقة تواجدها في مصر، حيث تمتلك بالفعل حصة 20% في منطقة امتياز “نور” البحرية، بالإضافة إلى حصة 10% في حقل “ظهر” العملاق ضمن منطقة امتياز “شروق”.America can't get enough of protein.
