«مرسى علم» تستلم 210 آلاف دولار شيكات إيجارية عن 2026/2027
أعلنت شركة مرسى علم للسياحة عن آخر مستجدات التعاقد مع شركة إس إتش جي لإدارة الفنادق. وقالت في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، إن الشركة المستأجرة تقدمت بطلب لمد مهلة فترة التجديدات لمدة 6 أشهر، وعلى إثر ذلك اشترطت الشركة المالكة تقديم الشيكات البنكية الربع سنوية للقيمة الإيجارية السنوية المستحقة، كدليل على الجدية والالتزام ببنود التعاقد، قبل إعادة النظر في طلب مد المهلة. وأضافت الشركة أنه تم استلام شيكات بالقيمة الإيجارية السنوية المستحقة عن الفترة من 15 مارس 2026 حتى 15 مارس 2027، على أن يتم صرفها على أربعة أقساط ربع سنوية، بقيمة 52.5 ألف دولار أمريكي لكل شيك، تستحق في تواريخ: 15 مارس 2026، و15 يونيو 2026، و15 سبتمبر 2026، و15 ديسمبر 2026 وأكدت الشركة المالكة أن هذه الإجراءات تأتي في إطار معالجة الموقف التعاقدي القائم، وبما يحقق التوازن بين الحفاظ على حقوقها القانونية والتعاقدية، وفي الوقت ذاته إتاحة الفرصة أمام الشركة المستأجرة للوفاء بالتزاماتها وفقًا لما نص عليه العقد. وشددت الشركة على أنها تتابع تنفيذ التزامات الشركة المستأجرة عن كثب، مؤكدة التزامها بإخطار البورصة المصرية بأي مستجدات جوهرية تتعلق بهذا التعاقد، وذلك التزامًا بقواعد الإفصاح والشفافية.Google's Gemini becomes latest AI model to break out and hack computer systems
