«مشارق للاستثمار العقاري» تبيع 26 مليون سهم من «الكابلات الكهربائية»
أعلنت شركة الكابلات الكهربائية المصرية عن تنفيذ صفقة بيع على أسهم الشركة، وفقًا لنموذج الإفصاح المقدم للبورصة المصرية طبقًا لأحكام المادة (29) من قواعد القيد. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن مشارق للاستثمار العقاري قامت ببيع عدد 26 مليون سهم من أسهم الكابلات الكهربائية المصرية، تمثل نحو 7.1% من رأس المال. وبلغ متوسط سعر البيع 2.469 جنيه للسهم، لتصل القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة إلى نحو 64.19 مليون جنيه. وأشارت الإفصاحات إلى أن نسبة ملكية البائع ومجموعته المرتبطة انخفضت بعد تنفيذ الصفقة من 78.30% إلى 77.52%. وتضم المجموعة المرتبطة عددًا من الشركات، من بينها: جدوى للتنمية الصناعية، الحصن للاستشارات، سمو للاستشارات، BFA للاستشارات، فرسال للتخطيط العمراني، الصفوة للاستشارات والتنمية، نمو للاستشارات، ووادي للاستشارات. وتم تنفيذ الصفقة من خلال شركة بايونيرز لتداول الأوراق المالية والسندات، على أن يكون تاريخ تنفيذ آخر عملية هو 27 يناير 2026.Premier Lacrosse League plans to bring in team owners by 2028 'or soon thereafter,' co-founder says
