«مصر الجديدة للإسكان» تسجل 2.7 مليار جنيه أرباح خلال 2025
أعلنت شركة مصر الجديدة للإسكان والتعمير تحقيق طفرة قوية في نتائج أعمالها خلال عام 2025،حيث سجل صافي الربح بعد الضريبة نحو 2.7 مليار جنيه، بنمو قدره 6% على أساس سنوي، في مؤشر على قدرة الشركة على الحفاظ على استدامة الربحية وتعظيم العائد للمساهمين، رغم التحديات الاقتصادية. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الإيرادات ارتفعت لتسجل نحو 3.13 مليار جنيه، بنسبة نمو بلغت 197% مقارنة بعام 2024، أن الإيرادات توزعت على عدة مصادر رئيسية، أبرزها إيرادات الشراكة مع شركة سوديك بقيمة 539 مليون جنيه، ومع شركة الشرق الأوسط بنحو 594 مليون جنيه، إضافة إلى 1.045 مليار جنيه من الشراكة مع شركة مدينة مصر، و19 مليون جنيه من شركة أجاد، إلى جانب 853 مليون جنيه من مبيعات الأراضي والمباني، و86 مليون جنيه من مبيعات البضائع والخدمات. وأشارت إلى أن مجمل الربح ارتفع بشكل ملحوظ ليصل إلى نحو 2.86 مليار جنيه، مقابل 761.2 مليون جنيه في 2024، محققًا نموًا قويًا بنسبة 277%، بما يعكس تحسن الأداء التشغيلي وكفاءة إدارة الموارد.Women accounted for almost all of job gains in August.
