«مصر ايطاليا» تدشن المرحلة الثانية من كاي السخنة باستثمارات 8 مليار جنيه
أعلنت شركة مصر إيطاليا للتطوير العقاري عن تدشين المرحلة الثانية من مشروع كاي السخنة، والتي وصلت نسبة التنفيذ بها إلى نحو 95%، باستثمارات إجمالية للمشروع تبلغ نحو 8 مليارات جنيه، ومن المقرر تسليم وحداته خلال عام ونصف. مراحل المشروع قال محمد العسال، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لشركة مصر إيطاليا، إن المشروع يتكون من ثلاث مراحل؛ حيث تم بيع المرحلة الأولى بالكامل والتي تضم 200 وحدة. أما المرحلة الثانية فتشمل 144 وحدة فاخرة التشطيب تبعد نحو 250 مترًا عن الشاطئ، وتشهد إقبالًا متزايدًا من العملاء. وأضاف أن المرحلة الثالثة عبارة عن فندق يضم 350 وحدة تم الانتهاء من تنفيذه وتسليمه بالكامل في المواعيد المحددة. كاي السخنة ويمتد مشروع كاي السخنة على شاطئ بطول كيلومتر واحد، ليقدم تجربة معيشية متكاملة تجمع بين الرفاهية والطبيعة في قلب البحر الأحمر، ويعد أحد أبرز مشروعات الشركة في قطاع السياحة والعقارات الساحلية.Stocks Settle Sharply Higher as Crude Prices Plunge and Chipmakers Soar
