«مصر بني سويف للأسمنت» تتقدم بطلب الاستحواذ على 33% من «مصر للأسمنت قنا»
أعلنت شركة مصر بني سويف للأسمنت موقفها من ما تم تداوله بشأن استحواذها على 3.168 مليون سهم تمثل نحو 33% من شركة مصر للأسمنت قنا. وقالت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية إنها التزمت بالقوانين واللوائح المنظمة وقدمت المستندات اللازمة إلى جهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية باعتبار أن الشركتين تعملان في نفس مجال إنتاج الأسمنت. وأضافت أن الجهاز طلب تقديم بعض التعهدات لإصدار موافقة مشروطة، وهو ما رفضته الشركة، مؤكدة أنها ستتخذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد قرار الجهاز بحفظ الطلب، مع الإعلان عن أي مستجدات مستقبلًا. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار الالتزام بالقوانين المنظمة للتركيزات الاقتصادية ومنع الاحتكار بالسوق المحلي.Twenty five states sue Trump administration over latest global tariffs
