مصر تفرض 13% رسومًا وقائية على واردات الصلب
كشفت الجريدة الرسمية أن وزارة الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية قررت فرض رسوم وقائية نهائية على واردات الصلب بنسبة تصل إلى 13%، في خطوة تستهدف حماية الصناعة المحلية من الحديد المستورد ومواجهة ممارسات التجارة الضارة. تفاصيل تطبيق الرسوم وأوضحت الجريدة أن تطبيق الرسوم سيبدأ من الأول من أبريل 2026 حتى سبتمبر من العام نفسه بنسبة 13% بحد أدنى 70 دولارًا للطن. وفي العام الثاني من سبتمبر 2026 حتى سبتمبر 2027، تنخفض الرسوم إلى 12% بحد أدنى 64 دولارًا للطن، ثم إلى 11% بحد أدنى 59 دولارًا للطن خلال الفترة من سبتمبر 2027 حتى سبتمبر 2028. حماية السوق المحلي وتعزيز الإنتاج وتهدف هذه الخطوة إلى دعم السوق المحلي وتعزيز قدرة مصانع الحديد المصرية على المنافسة، مع الحفاظ على استقرار الأسعار وتشجيع الإنتاج المحلي بشكل تدريجي خلال فترة تمتد لثلاث سنوات. استجابة للتحولات العالمية وتأتي هذه الإجراءات في ظل تحولات متسارعة في الأسواق العالمية، التي تشهد فوائض إنتاج كبيرة، ما دفع العديد من الدول إلى فرض تدابير مماثلة لحماية صناعاتها الثقيلة. استكمال التحقيقات ودعم الاستثمارات ويهدف قطاع المعالجات التجارية من خلال هذه الفترة المؤقتة إلى استكمال التحقيقات بدقة، مع منح المصنعين المحليين المتضررين فرصة لتعزيز قدرتهم التنافسية، وتأمين استثماراتهم أمام تدفق الواردات التي تهدد خطط التوسع والإنتاج والتصدير.Dollar Slips on Weak US Housing News and Lower Crude Prices
