«مطاحن جنوب القاهرة» تبيع أرض مطحن بحبح بسعر 15.2 ألف جنيه للمتر
أعلنت شركة مطاحن ومخابز جنوب القاهرة والجيزة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن سعر المتر المربع في المزاد العلني لبيع أرض مطحن بحبح بمنطقة مصر القديمة بلغ 15.2 ألف جنيه، وذلك خلال جلسة المزاد المنعقدة يوم 11 أكتوبر 2026. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة اليوم، أن مساحة الأرض تبلغ 1554 مترًا مربعًا، وتقع في 7 شارع بن طاهر بمنطقة مصر القديمة بمحافظة القاهرة، وهي مملوكة لشركة مطاحن ومخابز جنوب القاهرة والجيزة. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن سعر 15.2 ألف جنيه للمتر المربع هو أعلى الأسعار المقدمة في المزاد، لافتة إلى إرفاق محضر لجنة البت والبيع ضمن الإفصاح المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية. وباحتساب السعر المعلن للمتر على إجمالي المساحة، تصل القيمة الحسابية للأرض إلى نحو 23.62 مليون جنيه، مع مراعاة أن المساحة خاضعة للعجز والزيادة، وفقًا لما ورد في الإفصاح.Stellantis CEO urges incentives for carmakers who build in Europe as Chinese rivals gain ground
