«مطاحن مصر» تبيع 18 وحدة سكنية تابعة لها في جرجا بمزاد علني
أعلنت شركة مطاحن مصر العليا اعتزامها عقد جلسة مزاد علني لبيع 18 وحدة سكنية كاملة التشطيب، والمملوكة للشركة بمدينة جرجا بمحافظة سوهاج. وقالت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم الأحد، إن المزاد سيُعقد يوم الأربعاء الموافق 29 يوليو 2026، بالتعاون مع الخبير المثمن أحمد عزت. وأوضحت أن الوحدات المعروضة للبيع تقع بالدورين السابع والثامن من البرج السكني المملوك للشركة بمدينة جرجا، مشيرة إلى أن جميع الوحدات فاخرة التشطيب. وأضافت الشركة أنها أخطرت البورصة المصرية بموعد انعقاد جلسة المزاد، وذلك في إطار التزامها بقواعد الإفصاح المعمول بها.Majority of U.S. workers support an AI wealth fund as tech layoffs surge, survey finds
