أصدرت شركة مطاحن وسط وغرب الدلتا بيانًا توضح فيه موقفها من الأخبار المنشورة حول ضخ 350 مليون جنيه لتطوير مطحن المحلة. وأكدت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أنها لم تفصح حتى الآن عن أي مبالغ مالية تفصيلية تتعلق بالمشروع، مشيرة إلى أن ما تم تداوله في الصحف لا يعكس البيانات الرسمية المعتمدة لديها. وأوضحت الشركة أنها قامت بتوقيع عقد مع شركة Bühler في إطار خطة تطوير وتحديث مطحن المحلة الكبرى، وأنها حاليًا بصدد إعداد وتجهيز الموازنة التقديرية الخاصة بالمشروع. وسيتم الإفصاح عن أي معلومات أو بيانات مالية تفصيلية فور اعتمادها، وفقًا لقواعد القيد والإفصاح المعمول بها في البورصة.
