أعلنت شركة مطاحن ومخابز جنوب القاهرة والجيزة عن نتيجة المزاد العلني الذي أُقيم يوم الأحد 11 يناير 2026، لبيع مطحن بحبح، والذي يضم الأرض والمباني بمساحة 1554 متر مربع بنظام العجز والزيادة. وأكدت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن سعر المتر المربع بلغ 11 ألف جنيه، ليصل إجمالي قيمة الصفقة إلى 17.1 مليون جنيه، وهو أعلى سعر تم تسجيله في المزاد. وأرفقت الشركة مع الإعلان محضر لجنة المزاد والتقييم المالي للأصل، والذي يوضح القيمة السوقية لكل متر مربع، كما أكدت على التزامها بكافة الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية الخاصة بالمزاد العلني. ويأتي هذا المزاد في إطار جهود الشركة لتعظيم الاستفادة من الأصول غير المستغلة وتحقيق عائد اقتصادي مناسب يدعم نشاط الشركة ويُسهم في تعزيز كفاءتها التشغيلية.Sen.
