«موانئ أبوظبي» تستهدف الاستحواذ على 32% من «الإسكندرية للحاويات»
أعلنت مجموعة “موانئ أبوظبي”، أنها تستهدف إطلاق عرض شراء إلزامي للاستحواذ على نحو 32% من أسهم شركة “الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات والبضائع”، بما يتيح لها السيطرة على الشركة المدرجة بالبورصة المصرية، والتي تُعدُّ أحد أكبر مشغلي محطات الحاويات في مصر، وذلك وفقاً لإفصاح نُشر على سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية اليوم الاثنين. السعودية المصرية للاستثمار وتأتي الخطوة بعد أن كانت قد استحوذت “موانئ أبوظبي” في نوفمبر الماضي على أول حصصها البالغة 19.3% عبر صفقة من الشركة السعودية المصرية للاستثمار، التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي، بما يمهد لانتقال السيطرة التشغيلية إلى الشركة الإماراتية في حال إتمام الصفقة. موعد إتمام الصفقة ووفقا للإفصاح أنه من المتوقع إتمام الصفقة خلال الربع الثاني من 2026، رهناً بالحصول على الموافقات التنظيمية في مصر، على أن يحتفظ المساهمون الحكوميون المصريون بحصصهم الحالية في الشركة، فيما تدرس “موانئ أبوظبي” عدة خيارات تمويل لاختيار الأكثر جدوى مالياً.The 'robot relations' department may become reality in workplace of the future
