أعلنت موديز تثبيت التصنيف الائتماني لمصر عند مستوى Caa1، مع الإبقاء على نظرة مستقبلية إيجابية، في إشارة إلى توقعات بتحسن الأوضاع الاقتصادية خلال الفترة المقبلة. تحسن متوقع في المؤشرات الاقتصادية وأوضحت الوكالة أن استمرار النظرة المستقبلية الإيجابية منذ مارس 2024 يعكس توقعاتها بمواصلة التحسن في المؤشرات المالية والخارجية، مدعومًا بالتزام الحكومة بتنفيذ الإصلاحات والسياسات الاقتصادية، بما يعزز القدرة تدريجيًا على تحمل أعباء الدين وخفض الاحتياجات التمويلية. كما أشارت إلى أن الحكومة نجحت منذ عام 2024 في تحقيق فوائض أولية كبيرة، في حين واصل البنك المركزي المصري جهوده لخفض معدلات التضخم وإعادة التوازن الخارجي، وهو ما ساهم في استعادة قدر من الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي. تحديات مستمرة أمام الاقتصاد وفي المقابل، لفتت «موديز» إلى أن ارتفاع الدين العام واستمرار هشاشة الوضع الخارجي لا يزالان يمثلان قيودًا رئيسية على الجدارة الائتمانية لمصر، ويجعلانها أكثر عرضة لتأثيرات صدمات أسعار النفط، إلى جانب مخاطر تشديد الأوضاع المالية عالميًا وخروج رؤوس الأموال. وأضافت أن التحديات تشمل استمرار ارتفاع الدين الحكومي رغم اتجاهه للتراجع، وضعف القدرة على تحمل أعبائه، بالإضافة إلى احتياجات كبيرة لإعادة التمويل داخليًا وخارجيًا، فضلًا عن التزامات محتملة داخل القطاع العام الأوسع.Judge weighs how to dismiss Reflecting Pool vandalism charge against Olympian
