«ميناء الإسكندرية» ترفض بيع حصتها في «الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات» لـ«بلاك كاسبيان»
أعلنت شركة الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات والبضائع أن الهيئة العامة لميناء الإسكندرية أبلغتها بعدم رغبتها في بيع أي من الأسهم التي تمتلكها في رأسمال الشركة، وذلك في ضوء عرض الشراء الإجباري المحتمل وغير الملزم المقدم من شركة «بلاك كاسبيان لوجيستكس هولدنج ليميتد». وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن «بلاك كاسبيان»، المالكة لنحو 19.32% من رأسمال الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات، كانت قد أعلنت نيتها تقديم عرض شراء إجباري للاستحواذ على النسبة المكملة للوصول بحصتها إلى 90% من أسهم الشركة. وأضافت أن الهيئة العامة لميناء الإسكندرية أرسلت خطابًا إلى الشركة يفيد بعدم رغبتها في بيع أي أسهم مملوكة لها في رأسمال شركة الإسكندرية لتداول الحاويات والبضائع. ويأتي موقف الهيئة في إطار التطورات المرتبطة بالعرض المحتمل للاستحواذ على حصة الأغلبية في الشركة، والذي لا يزال في مرحلة النية غير الملزمة.Yen jumps to one-month high as traders weigh chance of further intervention
