«مينا فارم» توافق على 13.25 مليون يورو قرض من «الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار»
وافقت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة مينا فارم للأدوية والصناعات الكيماوية على شروط وأحكام قرض تعتزم الحصول عليه من البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، بقيمة تصل إلى 13.25 مليون يورو كحد أقصى. وأفادت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم الأربعاء، أن التمويل يستهدف إعادة هيكلة جزء من القروض قصيرة ومتوسطة الأجل، إلى جانب دعم النفقات الرأسمالية المرتبطة بتطوير منشأة الإنتاج الجديدة، والمساهمة في تمويل إنشاء أكاديمية جديدة للتدريب المهني. ووفقًا للبيان، حظي القرار بموافقة نحو 84.45% من الأسهم الحاضرة في الاجتماع، بإجمالي 9.94 مليون سهم. كما قررت الجمعية تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب في التوقيع على جميع مستندات التمويل والضمانات المرتبطة بالقرض، مع منحهما صلاحيات الاقتراض والرهن اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع.The AI trade cooled and oil sank.
