«مينا للاستثمار السياحي» تصدر بيانًا بشأن الخطة الاستثمارية لـ «جي تي إن»
أعلنت شركة مينا للاستثمار السياحي والعقاري، تفاصيل الخطة الاستثمارية الخاصة بالمساهم جي تي إن للخدمات المالية في الشرق الأوسط. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن المساهم أخطر من خلال شركة جي تي إن للخدمات المالية في الشرق الأوسط بأنه لم تطرأ أي تغييرات على خطة الاستثمار التي سبق تقديمها في مارس 2025، والمتعلقة باستثماراته في الشركة. ووفقًا للبيان، تتضمن خطة الاستثمار عددًا من المحاور الرئيسية، في مقدمتها دعم النشاط الأساسي للشركة بما يحقق أقصى استفادة من أهدافها الاستثمارية، إلى جانب إعادة هيكلة الهيكل الإداري والوظيفي بما يتناسب مع خبرات الموظفين الحاليين. كما تشمل الخطة تدعيم الإدارات التي تعاني من نقص في الكفاءات بعناصر قادرة على مواكبة التطورات المتوقعة، على أن يتم تنفيذ ذلك دون الإضرار بأي من الموظفين، مع الالتزام الكامل بالقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها، وذلك في مختلف القطاعات والإدارات الحالية سواء الإدارية أو التقنية. وأشار البيان إلى أن شركة جي تي إن للخدمات المالية في الشرق الأوسط – مركز دبي المالي العالمي المحدودة ليست المستفيد النهائي من الاستثمار، موضحًا أن خطة الاستثمار تم تقديمها من قبل العميل المباشر، الذي يقوم بتنفيذ المعاملات نيابة عن عملائه الأساسيين.'We'll see' — Trump hedges on guarantee Iran won't use oil profits to rebuild military
