قال رجل الأعمال، نجيب ساويرس، أن مدد السددة التي تقدمها الشركات العقارية تضر باستقرار السوق على المدى الطويل. مائدة “ثنك كوميرشال” وأشار “ساويرس”، خلال مشاركته في مائدة “ثنك كوميرشال” Think Commercial، والتي تُعقد تحت عنوان “صناعة العقار تقود الاستثمار والتصدير”، إلى أن مدد السداد الطويلة التي تقدمها بعض الشركات، والتي تصل إلى 15 عامًا، تُعد غير منطقية وقد تضر باستقرار السوق على المدى الطويل. الحملات الإعلانية العقارية كما أوضح أن الحملات الإعلانية العقارية المنتشرة على الطرق تعود إلى شركات غير معروفة أو غير موثوقة، مما يخلق حالة من الارتباك والشك لدى العملاء،. وأضاف أنه يجب وضع ضوابط وإجراءات رقابية أكثر صرامة لضمان مصداقية الإعلانات العقارية وحماية حقوق العملاء. السوق العقارية المصرية في حين أكد أن السوق العقارية المصرية بحاجة إلى تنظيم وتسعير واقعي لضمان استدامة النمو، محذرًا من أن المبالغة في التسويق ومدد التقسيط غير المدروسة قد تؤدي إلى فقاعة عقارية يصعب السيطرة عليها لاحقًا. أسعار مواد البناء كما أوضح أن عدم استقرار أسعار مواد البناء يمثل مشكلة تواجه قطاع العقارات. تحويلات المصريين العامليين بالخارج وفي سياق أخر أكد نجيب ساويرس، أن القضاء على السوق السوداء للدولار في مصر أدى إلى زيادة تحويلات المصريين العامليين بالخارج خلال الفترة السابقة.Crude Prices Erase an Early Rally on US-Iran Diplomacy Speculation
