«هيرميس»: المركزي سيخفض الفائدة بين 600 و700 نقطة خلال 2026

توقعت “إي إف جي هيرميس” أن يخفّض البنك المركزي المصري أسعار الفائدة بما يتراوح بين 600 و700 نقطة أساس خلال العام المقبل، مستهدفاً الإبقاء على معدلات فائدة حقيقية عند مستوى 5%، وهو ما سيخفض تكلفة الدين الحكومي ويحفز القطاع الخاص على الاستثمار، خاصة في ظل توقعات بانخفاض عوائد أدوات الدين المحلية. توقعات هيرميس للاقتصاد  وحسبما ورد بالعربية توقعت هيرميس أن يشهد الاقتصاد المصري عاماً استثنائياً في 2026، مع استمرار مسار التعافي الذي بدأ في النصف الثاني من 2025، مدفوعاً باستقرار سعر الصرف وتراجع معدلات التضخم، إلى جانب تدفقات قوية من العملة الصعبة. معدلات التضخم  كما توقعت أن يتراجع معدل التضخم إلى متوسط 10% خلال 2026، مع إمكانية الهبوط إلى 8% بنهاية العام، مدعوماً باستقرار أسعار السلع وتراجع الضغوط على العملة، إضافة إلى تحسن سلاسل الإمداد وتراجع أسعار الطاقة عالمياً. بالإضافة إلى ثبات سعر الصرف وتحقيق مزيد من المكاسب للجنيه المصري، في ظل تدفقات قوية من الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وتحسن إيرادات السياحة التي سجلت مستوى قياسياً بلغ 16.7 مليار دولار في العام المالي الماضي، إلى جانب توقعات بانتعاش إيرادات قناة السويس بعد استقرار الأوضاع الإقليمية.
