«وادي كوم أمبو» تستعد لزيادة رأس المال إلى 42 مليون جنيه

أعلنت شركة وادي كوم أمبو لاستصلاح الأراضي عن قرار مجلس إدارتها، الصادر في اجتماع 18 ديسمبر 2025، بالمضي قدمًا في إجراءات زيادة رأس المال المصدر من 28 مليون جنيه إلى 42 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 14 مليون جنيه. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة، ستتم زيادة رأس المال عبر إصدار 2,800,000 سهم عادي بقيمة اسمية 5 جنيهات للسهم الواحد، على أن يتم تمويل الزيادة من الأرباح المرحلة في القوائم المالية حتى 30 يونيو 2025. وأوضحت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية أنها لا تبدي أي ممانعة على نشر تقرير الإفصاح المرفق على شاشات الإعلان بالبورصة المصرية، بما يمهد لعقد الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في هذا الشأن. يأتي هذا القرار في إطار استراتيجية الشركة لتعزيز رأس المال ودعم توسعاتها المستقبلية في مجال استصلاح الأراضي والزراعة.
