وزير الاستثمار يفرض رسم 10 آلاف جنيه على صادرات الزنك
قرر محمد فريد، وزير الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية، فرض رسم صادر بقيمة 10 آلاف جنيه للطن على صادرات الزنك. تفاصيل القرار أصدر الوزير القرار رقم 273 لسنة 2026، بفرض رسم صادر على صنف أتربة ومساحيق ورقائق من الزنك، الخاضع للبند الجمركي (79.03)، بواقع 10 آلاف جنيه للطن الواحد. الأساس القانوني جاء القرار بعد الاطلاع على قانون الاستيراد والتصدير رقم 118 لسنة 1975 ولائحته التنفيذية، وقانون الاستثمار ولائحته التنفيذية، إلى جانب القرارات الجمهورية والوزارية المنظمة لعمل وزارة الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية، وبناءً على ما عرضته رئيس قطاع اتفاقيات التجارة الخارجية. استثناء المشروعات الإنتاجية ونصت المادة الثانية من القرار على عدم سريان رسم الصادر على الرسائل المصدرة إلى المشروعات الإنتاجية المقامة داخل مصر. وأوضح القرار أن هذا الاستثناء يطبق في حدود الكميات التي توافق عليها الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة، بهدف دعم العملية الإنتاجية وتوفير المواد الخام للمصانع القائمة في المناطق الحرة والاستثمارية داخل البلاد.Stocks Rally on Fed-Friendly CPI Report
