قال خالد عبدالغفار، وزير الصحة والسكان، أنه سيتم قريباً الإعلان عن حزمة جديدة من الحوافز والبدلات الخاصة بالفرق الطبية بالتنسيق مع وزارة المالية، موضحًا أن هذه الخطوة تأتي تقديرًا لدور الأطباء وجميع العاملين في تقديم الرعاية الصحية للمواطنين. ووجه وزير الصحة والسكان، خلال لقائه مع الإعلامية لميس الحديدي في برنامج “الصورة” المذاع على قناة النهار، رسالة طمأنة للعاملين بالقطاع الصحي، معلنًا أن الوزارة تعمل بالتنسيق مع وزارة المالية على إعادة النظر في منظومة أجور الفرق الطبية، بما يساهم في تحسين أوضاع العاملين ودعم استقرار المنظومة الصحية. إعادة هيكلة أجور العاملين و أكد عبدالغفار أن الوزارة تدرس إعادة هيكلة أجور العاملين بالقطاع الصحي، قائلًا: “نعمل مع وزير المالية على إعادة النظر في أجور الفريق الصحي بالكامل”. تطوير القطاع الصحي وأكد أن تطوير القطاع الصحي لا يعتمد فقط على المنشآت والمعدات، وإنما يبدأ من دعم العنصر البشري باعتباره المحرك الرئيسي لجودة الخدمة الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين.These Japanese AI winners don’t make chips.
