104.6 مليار جنيه تمويلات عقارية للمواطنين حتى نهاية أبريل 2026
أعلن صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري أن إجمالي التمويلات العقارية المقدمة للمواطنين بلغ 104.622 مليار جنيه حتى نهاية أبريل 2026، وذلك على مستوى البنوك وشركات التمويل. إجمالي التمويلات العقارية وأوضح الصندوق أن إجمالي التمويلات يضم مختلف شرائح الدخل، سواء محدودي أو متوسطي الدخل، ضمن برامج دعم السكن الاجتماعي والمتوسط. تمويلات محدودي الدخل سجلت التمويلات الموجهة لمحدودي الدخل نحو 99.6 مليار جنيه، استفاد منها حوالي 678.8 ألف عميل حتى نهاية أبريل 2026، بما يعكس استمرار التوسع في دعم هذه الفئة. كما بلغت تمويلات البنوك لمحدودي الدخل نحو 97.1 مليار جنيه، في حين سجلت تمويلات شركات التمويل نحو 2.4 مليار جنيه. تمويلات متوسطي الدخل وفيما يخص متوسطي الدخل، بلغت التمويلات نحو 4.9 مليار جنيه، استفاد منها نحو 14.09 ألف عميل خلال الفترة نفسها. وسجلت البنوك تمويلات بنحو 4.9 مليار جنيه لهذه الفئة، مقابل 61 مليون جنيه عبر شركات التمويل. استمرار دعم التمويل العقاري ويأتي هذا النمو في حجم التمويلات في إطار جهود الدولة لتعزيز فرص تملك السكن، وتوسيع قاعدة المستفيدين من برامج التمويل العقاري، بما يدعم استقرار السوق العقارية ويوفر وحدات سكنية مناسبة لمختلف شرائح المواطنين.How Equinix has found a niche in the multitrillion-dollar AI data center boom
