800 مليون جنيه صفقات على أسهم «تعليم لخدمات الإدارة»
أعلنت شركة تعليم لخدمات الإدارة – Taaleem Management Services، المدرجة بالبورصة، عن تنفيذ صفقات من خلال آلية الصفقات ذات الحجم الكبير اليوم، وجرت الصفقات على عدد 51,628,853 سهمًا بقيمة إجمالية 800,247,222 جنيه. وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت شركة تعليم لخدمات الإدارة، الرائدة في مجال خدمات التعليم العالي بالسوق المصري، عن نتائج أعمالها عن فترة النصف الأول المنتهي في 31 أغسطس 2025، والتي أظهرت أداءً ماليًا وتشغيليًا متميزًا. ووفقًا لبيان الشركة، بلغت الإيرادات خلال العام المالي المنتهي 1.848 مليار جنيه، محققة نموًا سنويًا بنسبة 53%، كما ارتفعت الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك إلى 941 مليون جنيه بنسبة زيادة بلغت 40%، مع تسجيل هامش ربح قوي بلغ 51%. وانعكس الأداء الإيجابي على صافي أرباح الشركة التي بلغت 580 مليون جنيه، بزيادة 30% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي، بهامش ربح قدره 31%، مما يؤكد قوة نموذج أعمال الشركة وكفاءتها التشغيلية والمالية، وقدرتها على تحقيق التوازن بين النمو والاستدامة. وعلى صعيد الأداء التشغيلي، حققت “تعليم” رقمًا قياسيًا في القبول الجامعي للعام الأكاديمي 2025/2026، حيث بلغ عدد الطلاب الجدد 5,359 طالبًا بزيادة 31% مقارنة بالعام الماضي، ليصل إجمالي عدد طلاب المجموعة إلى 15,681 طالبًا، بنسبة نمو سنوي بلغت 28%، وهو أعلى معدل نمو في تاريخ الشركة.Dollar Eases on Euro and Yen Strength
