«Fugro» الهولندية تنفذ مسح «النشع البترولي» لقاع البحر الأحمر
في إطار استراتيجية وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية لتكثيف أنشطة البحث والاستكشاف، خاصة في الأحواض البكر، شهد مؤتمر ومعرض مصر الدولي للطاقة (إيجبس) توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين شركة جنوب الوادي المصرية القابضة للبترول وشركة Fugro الهولندية، لتنفيذ أعمال مسح وتحليل “النشع البترولي” لقاع البحر الأحمر. وتهدف هذه الدراسات إلى تحسين فهم النظام البترولي بالمنطقة، بما يسهم في دعم جهود جذب الاستثمارات من خلال إتاحة بيانات فنية دقيقة للمستثمرين. وقع مذكرة التفاهم محمد رضوان، نائب رئيس الشركة للاتفاقيات والاستكشاف، وعلي شاش، رئيس شركة Fugro في مصر، وذلك بحضور أشرف بهاء، رئيس شركة جنوب الوادي المصرية القابضة للبترول، ومحمد الباجوري، المشرف على الإدارة المركزية للشؤون القانونية بالوزارة. شركة جنوب الوادي الجدير بالذكر أن شركة جنوب الوادي وقعت، خلال فعاليات المؤتمر وبحضور كريم بدوي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، اتفاقية الأساس للاستثمار بالمنطقة (6) بالبحر الأحمر، بالإضافة إلى مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة شلمبرجير لتنفيذ أعمال مسح سيزمي متقدمة.KKR's Series D Preferred Stock Shares Cross 6.5% Yield Mark
